2010-1c Release Notes

Bug Fixes

Fix database locking issues after a transaction has been aborted.
Fix bug when creating a feature with the '#' character in the name.
Fix bug where unable to complete a feature when version contains components.
Fix bug when creating a workspace in the same folder as another workspace.
Enable 'Administration | Complete' for a project which doesn't have a stream.
Rename 'Administration | Complete' menu for a feature.
Only show one message with the 'Administration | Complete' menu on a feature.
