Enhancements

'View Outstanding Changes' from a workspace opens the default internet browser.
SSL connection can hang when downloading or reverting files.
Server running native database will not start without an 'admin' user.
Workspace 'Open in Default Application' not working for Visual Studio solution files.
Components are not copied when creating a stream from a stream with source components.
Components are not removed when creating a new Version, Release or Feature.
